All of the documentation says this is a pan/tilt/zoom camera. Pan and tilt work great, but I don’t see a way to zoom.
When in live view on an IPhone, I spread my fingers apart and it zooms in. It takes a bit of practice l, but it does work.
Thanks! Customer service did get back to me by email and tell me this. I assumed that because we can pan and tilt with the app, we could also zoom. My bad.
