Vuebell not transmitting live video

Just set up a vuebell, but it won’t allow viewing live video nor call events … Is on a known good 2.4 ghz dedicated wireless access point … Firmware 1021 … 2 vigil pro cameras on same lan (wired) work perfectly … Any ideas?

4316475351701392 is currently running firmware 1021, but it only remains connected for an hour before descending into a reboot loop (the power on chime plays every 3-4 minutes after the first hour of operation … Electrician has verified the wiring is delivering the correct power output without interruption to the Vuebell.

We have checked for you - the issue is the firmware upgrade. Your Vuebell needs to upgrade its firmware first to 0804031280. Please follow the instruction in the Netvue app to update your device.
