Vigil Pro will not connect

I have two Vigil Camera both brand new

Will not connect via Fixed wire or Wifi
Tried different phones also tried Hot Spot

Nothing works

When you try by Wifi it plays Ding Dong then straight away plays happy music to say connected but nothing happens phone says not connected

Please help as all Netvue seem to want to do is send more faulty camera out

We would recommend you to

  1. Check on your network setting. Please make sure that your network Wi-Fi is 2.4G rather than 5G. This might be the main issue that your device is not able to get connected to.
  2. After checking, if your device is still having a hard time getting online. We would highly recommend you to get in touch with our customer support team for further solutions. You could reach them via support@netuve.com or instant message them on netvue.com.

The network is 2,4 only

read my issues

it plays dig dong then happy music but app says not connected when you check router it shows as connected but app dose not
