I keep getting motion alerts and then when I go to the camera view I see a still shot with a play arrow. When I hit the play arrow I get an error message that says “play video after loading” and then nothing happens. Press the play arrow again same thing. Video never plays — what should I do?
I’m getting the same thing and can’t figure it out.
I just started with the same problem yesterday, 5/22/23. Have not been able to plsy videos and cannot figure out why.
