Has anybody been able to hook up the bird feeder using starlink wifi. We keep getting an error and it wont connect.

May I ask what error did you hear?
Please note that our camera works with 2.4g wifi only.
You can contact your internet provider and just ask them to create a wifi for the 2.4 and 5GHz signal. This will give you the option to connect to the 2.4 manually.
You can also try the steps below and see if it works:
- bring phone and the camera far away from the router. Better if the signal drops first
- turn your phone wifi off and on
- try doing the setup one more time
also, please go to your phone settings > apps > Netvue. Check if Local Network is enabled.
