I’m not hearing any sound with the videos. I used to hear background noise or the sound of the bird feet on the bird seed but now there is no sound at all.
I am having the same problem. I know the microphone works because when I talk through my phone to the app, my voice can be heard and I can hear others who are at the feeder. But, when I replay video notifications, bird sounds are inaudible and my own voice (as a test) is barely audible and my words are broken up/skipped over.
