I have been trying to set up my new camera and, although I went through all the steps and had positive sounds, I got no picture at all. I then saw that there were firmware updates needed - from 1608 to 1678. Have been trying to get these installed all day, but just get a spinning circle. Have re-set the device, closed and re-opened the app but nothig works. HELP!
