Hi, Has anyone had trouble with not being able to use the speak button. It worked at first. Then I logged in to my Netvue.com to watch web cam live and then went back to the app. The app then had a microphone icon and said turn on and off and the speak button now does not work. Any ideas? I have unplugged and plugged in again. Deleted and reregistered device. I tried deleting and reloading app. None have worked. This is on all 3 sentry cameras.

Could you please change another phone and reconnect to your device and see if it starts to work?
