I have the Sentry Pro camera and firmware 1637. Suddenly I can no longer display it with Alexa Show 10 “waiting for Netvue” and then “… the camera does not react!”. Everything is ok on the android app and the other 7 cameras also work perfectly with Alexa.
What can I do?

I have received an update of the firmware 1643 and since then the Sentry Pro has been working perfectly again with the Echo Show 10! Thanks for the support!
