Just set up Birdfy feeder today. Everything works as described except I am not receiving any notifications within the app (page is empty saying no events) or through my phone. All settings on my phone have been adjusted to allow notifications from the app itself. The only way I can view recent events are if I click on the rewind button next to the notification bell. From that screen I can see timeline but I cannot actually save the images or videos to my phone. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting the device to the app and it still doesn’t work.
This is exactly what I am experiencing too! Should we only get alerts from birds? Or from any movement?
In settings I selected ‘all’, so I expected to receive alerts (at least in the Netvue app) from all movements.
From my research into this issue, it seems to be a common occurrence for people. I reached out to support and they said they’re having problems with their server and in 24 hours if it still doesn’t work to reach out. I’ve tried every sort of troubleshooting method in the “book” and nothing has helped. So we’ll see, I’m going to give it some time and if no changes I’ll be returning the unit unfortunately.

Please try to turn off your camera by long pressing the power button 3 seconds and then turn it on again.
