hi it’s been two days since I have accessed the 6 cameras from the app on my iphone but the image does not connect, it keeps turning the wheel. the cameras are online the motion warning frames of see I can enter the settings, then the cameras are online, the videos tell me that it is to format the sd but it does not say mount failed. This problem is on all six. Do we have problems on your part? how can i solve? last thing already done restarting all. Thanks
