Same for me but I’m EST, perhaps it’s the Netvue cloud service?

Same. Must be cloud service issue. Hopefully they’ll have it back up soon. Glad to know it isn’t our new feeder.

I am having the same issue. It will not connect to WIFI after numerous attempts. I have reset the camera, and even deleted the camera to start all over again. I am unable to add the camera back now, as it is not allowing me to connect to WIFI. We just got the camera a couple weeks ago as well.

Same situation. I feel better knowing we are not alone, but hope they can fix it soon.

I am somewhat glad to hear this. I had to turn off my camera to move it to a more mount and since then I have not been able to connect to wifi. At least I didn’t break it.

I’m having the same issue connecting to wifi and now I powered the camera off brought it in to charge it isn’t charging. I powered off the device to charge however this in no indicator lights and I’m using the usbc cable that came with it. The last battery indicated 86% but now I can’t get it to power up at all. I’m just leaving it on the charger for a bit to see if it is something with battery.

Same here. I got a birdfy camera for my mom for Christmas and we were finally setting it up. Got it to connect once, couldn’t get firmware to update and then it’s been unable to connect to the Wi-Fi since despite resetting.

Yeah my camera went offline around 1pm est, i was at work and didnt know what was going on. I got home and it worked for a brief minute when my phone reconnected to wifi, but now it is not working again, just says its offline and to make sure the camera is on(it is), and connected to strong wifi(it is). Very frustrating! I got the camera because i have problem neighbors and need to feel that i and my things are safe, and have video proof if it is not to do something about it. Netvue what the heck is going on?!

I had this problem originally and pressed the rest button to resolve, you’ll need a paper clip to do it though

Same here, my Birdfy worked great for 1 week. Phone says unit is offline…can’t find my WiFI ???.
I thought it was a loss of power from my solar charger, so I brought unit inside to charge it from my computer. Charging light goes on, but never seems to be full. When I unplug, it light goes off. When I try to turn on the unit, I get three quick red flashes and nothing. Very confused.

My last recording was at 10 am EST, have reset with the clip that came with it multiple times, tried to reconnect, tried to switch access points, the best that happened is it came back for a minute and went offline. Have updated the firmware - constantly getting “network unstable messages” which just doesn’t seem right , since so many of us are having the same issue. Went bonkers trying to figure this out and then my husband found this thread. If this is a cloud issue, it would have been really nice (and professional) for netvue to send out info on that. I really hope they get it straightened out.

That worked great! Thank you so much. Mine is now back fully operational and connected to wifi. This is the procedure that worked for me.

  1. Used the reset clip like on an iphone to press the reset button in for 1 second.
  2. Released and waited 5 minutes to ensure if it did factory reset or whatever it would have time to complete.
  3. Opened netvue app and everything is working as normal. I didn’t have to rejoin wifi network or anything.
  4. I checked the battery level which showed 100%. I had it plugged in for a couple of hours so perhaps it was able to charge up fully.

I hope this helps someone else out here. This is very strange.
