I have tried resetting my password at least 7 times over the last 4 months to login into my account and keep getting wrong password message. I have been paying for a service that I have no access too. I have a security camera that I cannot use. I think there is a glitch in the password reset. Is anybody else having the same problem? I am ready to take the camera down and discontinue service but I cannot do that either because i cannot get into my account. Very frustrating.
