Orb Mini Cam won't connect to my Verizon Fios Home Internet

I’m trying to get my Orb Mini to connect my Verizon Fios Home Internet wireless network. The NetVue app gives me this error "5Ghz Wi Fi is not supported. " and invites me to choose another network. Verizon Router Guide, Section 3
says this router does BOTH 2.4 and 5gHz.

So am I sending this camera back or is there something I need to do on my end to convince this camera that my wireless network supports the required 2.4gHz?

The instructions could be clearer…
It apparently based this error message on the fact that something in the name of my wireless had “5G” in it. (Not that it wasn’t detecting 2.4gHz) You do have the option to say “My network is not 5G” and it will take you to the next screen. That’s what I did out of frustration.
The next screen is a network login where it shows you a red error message again about “5G not supported”. I ignored it and entered my network password and it connected.
Next hurdle… it tells you to listen for “clicks” but what you’re listening for are the pitched tones, not non-pitched percussive clicks. Since it was the sound it made when I first powered up, I assumed it was an error. It was not. I finally pressed the “I hear the clicks” button and came to the Registration part where it said both “Registration failed” and “Registration successful” but it apparently was successful.
I’m happy to report CatCam1 is in now business!
