One of my netvue cameras keeps going into sleep mode. If I go to view it on the app I get a message saying that the camera is in sleep mode and I’m ask to confirm if I want to activate it. As soon as I stop viewing it, the camera returns to sleep mode.
I’ve checked the settings and sleep mode isn’t activated. Software is at the latest version.

Kindly check if you set any sleep mode scheduled on Alexa if you have one, try to turn it off.
If it does not work, please tell me the device ID of your camera, you will find it on the camera’s sticker.
