Off-line problem

I recently installed a Sentry Plus camera at our vacation home in the mountains. Everything was working fine for several days, but now I’m getting the error message “Device Offline” when I try to access the camera. I can tell that my internet is up, and my camera battery show 100% charged. How can I re-connect remotely?

Sorry for the late reply.
Please turn off the camera by pressing the power button for 3 seconds and then turn it on again . The camera will reconnect automatically. If it does not work, try to push the reboot hole next to the power button with a pin to hard reset your camera
