Notifications delayed to the App

Hi. My new birdfy is great, except that my app doesn’t notice any motion until 2 hours and 45 minutes after it has happened. For example, netvue shows a motion detected at 8:05pm. When I select it, the motion was from 5:20pm. I can review the feed and see other videos captured after 5:20pm, but they won’t show up as notifications until later. Any thoughts?

I am finding the same thing. Also once I look at a notification they all disappear. Very frustrating.

I added a 2nd camera yesterday and that’s when my issues started. I’m happy to see that it’s not because of adding the new camera and that something’s up with Netvue. I’m getting notifications trickling in right now from 2am and it’s 9:20am.

I am finding the same. My event was at 6:30 AM and notification came thru just before 10 AM. Has anyone found a resolution?

Same. I have only been able to see live since yesterday but every so often a random notification comes through from 12+ hours ago.

Yes, started yesterday for me as well.

The same thing has happened to me, starting yesterday (5/16). Received multiple notifications in the evening of a squirrel sitting in the feeder several hours earlier.
No better today.

I’m having very similar problems. I got my camera on Sunday. Had it installed that day. Worked great on Monday. Tuesday wasnt giving me notifications and today is not any better. I received a notification at 6 this morning from a video from 5pm yesterday. This is very frustrating

I have been having the same issue since yesterday as well (5/16) I have done everything imaginable. Removed and added camera, Uninstalled/reinstalled app. Checked notifications in settings 500 times. Deleted all videos (by accident) but was trying to see if that would free up storage space. Nothing has helped. I will get notifications hours later and even then I know they all aren’t coming through. So glad to see it isn’t just me this happened to. Hope it gets resolved soon.

Birdfy posted on Facebook late last night that they are having issues causing notifications to be late or nonexistent. Supposedly they are working on it.

Dear valued users,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent server issues, which resulted in many of our battery cameras being unable to function properly. We are happy to inform you that the issue has been resolved and all cameras should now be functioning normally.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further concerns or questions.

Sincerely
Netvue
