Not working after a week

Installed camera and had been enjoying bird visitors for about a week and then suddenly it stopped. Cannot locate any of the videos in notifications and the camera has disappeared from my account. It shows i have no devices. I have lost all my great video clips. It looks like i have to start over and do a new setup. How can this be? I am so frustrated with this and thinking of returning.
