No motion detection

Hi there
As of yesterday both my cameras no longer seem to register the motion detection.
I have double checked the settings & time - all seems ok.
I have restarted the cameras well.
If I rewind the recorded video it does show me in front of the camera.

Any ideas?

Update
Whilst restarting the devices via the app didn’t do anything, unplugging them both from the wall for 30 seconds seems to have worked initially, however this morning they are not detecting again.

I don’t seem to be getting any detection during the day - only at night!

Any ideas on that?

It’s not the freaking cool down period you regurgitating robot. It’s your product which is a piece of crap and your customer support here that is non existent!
I too am no longer getting alerts. It’s not the cool down period. I have not changed any settings. It’s YOUR firmware updates that are a huge mess! You guys need to hire some people that know what they are doing!
