Hi, I’m having a problem viewing my netvue camera live view on the website (my.netvue.com). It works fine on cellular and wifi to my phone but when I go to the website and press play it goes up to 60% (circling ring of doom) then that stops and just a blank rectangle with the play button. Am I wrong to expect to be able to see the live view of my camera(s) on web page? Also nothing shows on the events tab (I have event video recording basic subscription).

I cant see any live view events or any recordings via the website. Although i can in the app.
