My homescreen is just blank with the option ti add a netvue device. Is the normal? I’ve added my bird camera twice, connection has been successful. Should I see it on my homescreen?
Same issue here, successful install and firmware upgrade and nothing on the app homescreen except add a new device. Camera is connected to my 2.4ghz network and is sending and receiving data. Ill give this 24 hours to get sorted and will return the camera if situation is the same.
Same with mine … I just got it last Sunday and it worked fine for a couple days …. I read there was a server issue but it’s been 2 days and now I get that same screen … I was able to watch live until today … I’m about to send it back !! This wasn’t cheap it should WORK
