Netvue Android App locks up/no video stream or playing of saved video

Hey Netvue!

Love your camera. Great for the price.

I need your help!

My APP has stopped streaming on my Android 11, Netvue App version 5.20.4.

However, my wife has the same phone, same app, and it DOES stream fine within her app!?!!

It would seem the CAMERA is fine, but the APP has locked up.

I tried deleting the app, redownloading it, and reinstalling it. but the app still freezes/locks up/ doesn’t stream the video.

This is a NEW issue. Previously everything worked perfectly. What can be the issue? It MUST be something on my Pixel 3A XL, but what could it be? We both have the same phone!
