My Netvue Birdfy very suddenly quit recording motion, as of 7:15 this morning. No settings have been changed.
Mine did the exact same thing. It won’t record motion or take videos.
Customer service said they’re having a server issue. There’s already a whole thread going on this topic.

Mine did the same thing at 6:07 a.m. Motion and recording stopped.
My Birdfy has just been set up for the first time. Notifications and videos were working yesterday but stopped this morning. Thought something wrong with the settings but everything was listed online and working. Except no notifications or videos. So glad I saw this feed and that it was a server problem. I will wait and see if this gets resolved.
It was fixed. Now appears to be not working again. Live view works but no notification happening.
Mine stopped recording motion and any motion I get today shows the date as yesterday.
Same. It worked on and off yesterday, this a.m. i had to reset it, connected to wifi immediately but now its not picking up motion. Can view live, nothung is being captured though/detected.

Mine is sending notifications hours and hours after the fact. AI isn’t working either.
