Log in account, reset passwort is does not work

I can no longer log into my account or reset my password. Error message: Email account does not exist. The email address is stored correctly in the app. The camera works fine and I can access it through the app. email to Support@netvue.com could not be delivered. does anyone know what to do now?

The email you entered may contain spaces. Some input methods will automatically add a space after the word.
