Issues connecting to wifi router

I have spent 3 days now trying to connect my orb cam and my new outdoor Virgil to my SKY wifi router. I have split the bands and still am unable to connect. Any suggestions welcomed

For connection issues, the common solution is to check your Wi-Fi setting. Netvue product only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi rather than 5G Wi-Fi. Please double-check to make sure it is a 2.4G network.
