The Netvue servers are having problems which is causing issues with camera motion detection. Is there a status page for this kind of outage?

Does anyone reply to these??? I’m trying to figure out if I should send this back for a refund. How long has it been out? I purchased for Mother’s day and haven’t been able to get it set up
