How long has the network been out? Purchased this for a mother’s day gift and attempted to set it up yesterday, it says connection successful. But no live footage or anything. Goes back to the add a camera page.

Has anyone heard of an estimated time the network will be back up & available? Has this happened before?? Just disappointed as I spent a lot of money on this gift and it doesn’t work.

Same here , bought this for my wife for Mother’s Day , worked perfect for 1 day , then went down Monday morning. I’m very disappointed. Anyone hear when this outage will be fixed? I deleted the camera and app , I was able to reinstall,BUT I can’t even see the camera on the app

It’s been fixed. Try rebooting everything, reconnecting to the router, etc.
