Focus on the birds

Hi,
We are loving our Birdfy! However, it seems the camera focuses in the background, not the foreground, so the birds are blurry. The camera is set to HD, and the video looks really good, but the AI pictures never focus on the birds. Would be nice to see their eyes and feathers clearly.

Great! I’m on another bird camera group and they suggested updating the focus range, to blur the background, and thus focus better on the birds themselves. Some pictures I’ve seen from the other group show crisp details of feathers, beaks, eyes, etc, whereas my pictures and other Netvue pictures posted I’ve seen, are very pixelated when viewing. Fingers crossed the developers can fix this issue.

I worked with Netvue, they checked my cameral and ultimately had to replace it.
