Firmware Update Problem

Hi Netvue,

I have 4 x Netvue Home Cams all running firmware version 1568. What’s strange is that only 1 out of the 4 prompts for a firmware update to 1575. However, when I confirm the firmware update, it’s stuck at 0% and never moves forward.

Questions are:

  1. How do I fix the firmware update stuck at 0%?
  2. Why are the other 3 x Home Cams not detecting a firmware update?

Could you please provide your full device ID of your 4 Home Cams? That would be very helpful if you could identify each device firmware situation so we could help you check on them.

Bonjour, j’ai 3 Caméra extérieures identiques , une seule a le firmware 1577, les deux autres ont le 1575 et ne trouvent pas de mise à jour.

Hallo Netvue,

ich bin so glücklich euch hier zufällig gefunden zu haben.

Mein Orb Cam macht seit dem letzten Update Sprünge in der Zeit.
Nach starten der APP beginnen die Sekunden 2-5 Sekunden zu stehen.
ich habe die Version 1606 und würde eher die Vorgänger Version haben… also ein downgrade wenn es möglich wäre?
Mein Gerät ID : 5214474951203519

ich hoffe sehr dass es klappen würde…
