I have 3 cameras all with the same problem. I chatted with the “support” desk only to be told send my camera back to Amazon who don’t want to know. Advice or update is needed to fix this issue now. What’s the point of a recording camera that doesn’t record. Or is it the point for you to buy web recording service…
