Just wanted to say that having had an issue with the memory card when setting up a new Sentry 3, I emailed the service team and received a fairly quick response with generic information. When this did not correct the problem I emailed again and got a personlised response from Lee within a couple of hours. I have read a few comments about bad service or help and just wanted to share my experience of what I feel is very good customer service.
Although my issue appears to have rectified itself, the card was showing as mounted ok and the memory was being used but it would not playback, it is the speady response to the query that i wanted to share.

I agree I’ve always had pretty great service from them including lee
I have 4 Netvue cameras surrounding my house and never had a problem they didn’t fix.
