Charger cable connection does not fit in slot

I can’t recharge the Birdfly Lite camera because the cable does not fit in the connection slot on the camera. Has anyone else had this problem?

I thought the same thing briefly but for me it just needed a little more force.

Hi,
Please note the Type C cable needs to be charged with the port on the back of Feeder, not on the camera.
