Cannot load the live display

Hello,
Since few days, I cannot get the live display of my cameras.

  • When connected at home, so on the same Wifi network, it works fine
  • When I’m out, even in a 4G cellular network, it doesn’t work

No recent changes on my Internet configuration, note on the cameras.

Please advise.

I’m talking about Netvue Orbi camera.
The firmware is up to date

Same exact problem. Everything worked great up until a few weeks ago…now freezes when away from home, whether on 4G or Wi-Fi. Only works on same wifi as the cameras. Video/app freezes as soon as you connect camera.
