Camera connected to WiFi but no visual window

Hi.

I’ve just purchased a NetVeiw Vigil.

I go through every step of the setting up and I hear the success tones, etc, but it doesn’t transfer to the activated camera screen. Just a green light on the reset button which is attached to the cable.

Could you give me some feedback and advice how to resolve this issue please?
