BT Hub 4 Wi-fi connect issue

We have spent several hours attempting to connect Orb minis to our BT router.

We failed to set up and realised BT Hub 4 was using 5ghz

We managed to connect and set up both cameras to personal hotspot of phone

We then tried to connect to BT Hub hoping it would pick upon 2.4ghz …failed

We then tried to connect to BT Hub 4 after disabling 5ghz from advanced settings, no joy kept failing

We tried taking orb mini to 2.4ghz range in garage, no joy

I thought I would see if anyone had any advice before we throw in the towel


Did you ever get this resolved? I’m having the same issue with orb minis and BT’s Smart Hub 2 router. 5Ghz disabled, right next to router with no obstructions and within minutes of being online it drops off and on a few times and then never reconnects until I faff about setting it up again

At this moment, unfortunately, the Netvue products will only support a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
