Only had this camera for 2 days and it still doesn’t work properly. Firstly it seems its a 2.5g and my bt hub is 5g auto it can’t work contacted bt and after 2 hours of question answers it seems my hub 2 can’t split into 2.5g and 5g.secondly I contacted netvue and that wasn’t any good. The camera works on ethernet occasionally then of of for hours. If I switch to WiFi it doesn’t work at all. Wished I had noticed the warning in reviews about it being 2.5

If we understood correctly, you are talking about the Wi-Fi connection?
At this point, all of our devices only support 2.4G Wi-Fi. If you are currently using 5G Wi-Fi, the better solution is to talk with your router provider and let them switch the Wi-Fi setting for you.
