Birdfy stopped taking pictures

Birdfy will not take pictures. Only will work when “live”. I’ve did every possible troubleshooting- even completely Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. All my settings are set properly. It has worked great for the last several weeks since I received it, suddenly today the issue of not taking still pictures at motion detection will not work!

I am experiencing the same issue today, with significantly delayed notifications/photos popping up but still lagging hours behind or not taking photos/videos at all.

Wow, so maybe it’s just not me??? Wondering if they did an update that screwed things up???

I am experiencing same. Camera works when live but not detecting motion, therefore i am not receiving any notifications either. I have reset, unplugged router, cleared cache. No go. Since other people maybe not on our end?

Wow, so that’s 3 of us experiencing the exact same issue! I have spent hours troubleshooting and did evvey single thing possible to resolve the issue. Patiently waiting for live support to get back to me for the last hour or so.

Same for me. I can live view, but no motion notifications

Same here - no motion notifications and/or getting the notifications two hours later. Have rebooted, adjusted motion settings, reset router - nothing

This is clearly a widespread issue. As someone who works in the software industry - their team should be on debugging this and making it a priority. Yet - in the support channels, no one is able to help. I’ll be returning this if they don’t adjust.

So this issue has to be on their end! Meanwhile all of us are wasting so much time thinking it’s on our end. Anyone know if they did an update last night or maybe this morning and it caused this issue??

Same here. No motion detected, no notifications. Camera won’t reliably connect…

Just sent 2nd email and posted issue on live chat 1.5 hours ago…still waiting for live agent…

Just now received my first notification of the day 12:34pm EST. Maybe they resolved the issue??
Nevermind…received that one single notification- then it quit working again.

Same problem here. Frustrating that they don’t answer phones nor have chat enabled.
