My Birdfy motion detection worked great for two weeks then stopped. No response from support on the website. Anyone know the support number?? Google doesn’t have it.

I just chatted Netvue. They indicated that they have a server issue effecting Motion Detection.
Good Morning, Netvue Birdfy is not picking up motion. I have restarted the camera twice and checked my ipads app status and the Netvue apps status as well. Push notifications and motion are not being picked up.

Please try to put your camera closer to the router when updating the firmware, making sure the internet signal is strong enough, or try to change another 2.4g wifi.
If it does not work ,try to use a hotspot to update.
If nothing works, please find our customer service via live chat or email in Netvue APP, or you can directly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, our agent will help you to address the issue.
Well my motion detection is not better at all, I turn it on every day and within hours it’s turned itself off. I tried calling the number, goes straight to a recording that no one is available. I tried live chat and get connected then an error message when I post my message with no response. Whatever changed with this company, it’s not good at all. I had a great experience for the first year and now it’s terrible.
