Firmware update attempts, from 0.1.3 to 0.7.1, continually fail.

May I ask did you update the firmware successfully?
Please try to use another 2.4g wifi or use hotspot connection when updating the firmware.
Let us know if it works or not

I have not been able to update the firmware yet. I will try a mobile hotspot and see what happens.

Hello, i just got the birdfy for Christmas and cannot update the firmware. It continues to fail. Were you eventually able to get yours to update and if so, how did you do it?

I still have NOT been able to update the firmware.

I’m going to try to upgrade at a hotspot and see if that works.

Same, and I’ve been trying for days over both connections. I can’t even get past 0% now.

I. Have the exact same issue. It just constantly fails. I’ve tried restarting and resetting the camera and closing/reopening the app. No luck.
