I purchased AI but it isn’t working. Is there something I need to do to get it to turn on?
I am having same issue. Cannot figure out if I need to do something to turn detection on
I just received my bird feeder and my bird Notification is not working and also it is not notifying me if I leave to do something else but leave the app opdn
Same issue, no pics, no notification, signal strength is strong and I can see through the camera via the app.

Sorry for the inconvenience brought.
Our engineer has fixed this issue, your camera should start working from now.
Please try to turn off your camera by long pressing the power button 3 seconds and then turn it on again.
Let me know if it does not work.

I turned off the camera and turned it back on. Still no AI. I only have a few more free days before I have to decide to subscribe and if I can’t make it work, I’m def not subscribing. Please help.

Could you check if you could see these notifications in the APP by pressing the bell button below? There are 2 different situations.
Situation A:If the notification page is empty. Please go to camera’s setting, turn off motion detection, turn it on again and adjust the sensitivity to high.
Situation B: If motion is detected, please click the events that detected bird and mark it as AI in the upper left corner, you will get a short video. Below the short video, there should be some pictures . Select them and you will find information about the birds.
Love my bird fly camera however the AI was working perfectly for the first week or so but now no longer. I get notifications and videos but no more option to view AI pics which means no bird recognition. Will discontinue my subscription if it isn’t even going to work….but would rather keep it and have things work as promised. Help!

I checked your camera was not linked to the bird detection service for unknown reason and I just linked it for you. The AI service should start working from now.

Made me sign up for a subscription when the AI model states it is included. Still not working after the $50 subscription incremental charge … (Update: AI started working after signing up for $49 subscription. And works good so far. Has correctly identified 3-4 types in past 12 hours.)
I have same issue. AI stopped working about 10 days ago. My account is active and I’m being charged the $5 month. Should I turn off and on?
