We regret to inform you that due to AWS service disruptions, some users’ cameras in the US region were affected between 14:49 PM and 16:50 PM today. The disruptions have impacted the ability to add new cameras and some features, including live feed, notifications, and Bird AI recognition.
The AWS service disruption has now been resolved, and all services have been restored.
